Personalizing the PANDORA Learner Experience

Pandora Jewelry LLC needed a branded learning experience for its Cornerstone Learning Cloud rollout, delivering sales and product training in 19 languages to about 15,000 retail staff learners each year. The company wanted the portal to feel aligned with the Pandora brand, make content easy to access without manager approval, and better suit its younger audience. Pandora turned to Tribridge and its Cornerstone expertise to help design the user interface and learning workflow.

Tribridge created a custom welcome page, icon-based navigation, and dynamic custom curriculum paths that made the learning portal more intuitive and brand-aligned. The result was strong user adoption and a solution that Pandora said met or exceeded expectations, helping the company win the 2013 Cornerstone Client Excellence Award and the 2014 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award in Learning.
