Nielsen Media Research, part of The Nielsen Company, needed a better way to connect customer data spread across more than 30 databases and gain a complete view of client relationships, contacts, and needs. The company worked with Tribridge and used Microsoft Dynamics CRM to solve the problem, aiming for a system that was both easy to use and secure enough to host internally.
Tribridge helped Nielsen Media Research implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, integrated with Microsoft Office Outlook, first through a pilot and then across the organization. The result was a consolidated view of clients and interactions for nearly 400 users, improved transparency across Nielsen subsidiaries, and better support for cross-selling and client service, including faster answers to sales and marketing questions in minutes instead of hours.
