The Illinois Department of Corrections needed to modernize an aging, fragmented offender management environment that relied on a mainframe and dozens of separate applications, making it difficult to support new sentencing rules, analyze offender data, and keep staff and inmates safe. Tribridge helped address this challenge by supporting a cloud-based approach for Illinois DOC’s Offender360 system, built around Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Microsoft SharePoint.

Tribridge’s solution centralized offender information, improved case management, and enabled faster reporting and better decision-making across the department. The results included on-demand reporting instead of 30- to 60-day delays, quicker compliance reviews that could be completed in a day or two, stronger safety and security, and a lower-cost solution at about 15% of the most expensive alternative, helping Illinois save millions of dollars.
