GRIPA, a health care organization, needed a more flexible, scalable platform to manage growing client data and support a new business model. Tribridge implemented a tailored Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, relabeling fields and adjusting processes to fit GRIPA’s terminology and workflows, and later adding case management, portal integration, and compliance tools. The result was centralized client data, better reporting, faster support, and rapid user adoption; system support time dropped from about 20 hours per week to about 2 hours per month, and response times improved for client service.
