Harrison Walker Harper, a fifth-generation family-owned company with businesses in construction, manufacturing, logistics, and storage, needed to replace multiple accounting systems and unify its back office across five divisions. The company was looking for a flexible ERP platform to support its fast-moving, multi-company environment, and turned to Tribridge to help finish and stabilize its Microsoft Dynamics SL implementation.

Tribridge implemented and supported Microsoft Dynamics SL, along with third-party tools including Spitfire Project Management and Silverbrook Human Resources, to create a centralized, flexible system for accounting, payroll, project management, and reporting. The results included a single accounting system of record, weekly payroll for more than 350 employees, more accurate billing and improved accounts receivable, centralized staff, and real-time financial analysis that gave Harrison Walker Harper better visibility into cash flow and overall business health.
