The Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) needed a better way to manage communications and contact information for prospective businesses and investors, as its Access-based system lacked automation, sharing, and centralized tracking. Tribridge implemented the solution through its JumpStart program, enabling contact management, activity tracking, opportunity management, email tracking, mail merge, and Outlook synchronization in Phase One.
