The Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) needed a better way to manage communications and contact information for prospective businesses and investors, as its Access-based system lacked automation, sharing, and centralized tracking. GPEC turned to Tribridge and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to replace its in-house application with a more flexible and scalable CRM platform.
Tribridge implemented the solution through its JumpStart program, enabling contact management, activity tracking, opportunity management, email tracking, mail merge, and Outlook synchronization in Phase One. The project was completed on time and 60% under budget, while improving visibility, automating data entry, and giving GPEC a consistent, shareable interface accessible from anywhere.
