Elrene Home Fashions needed to replace an outdated, spreadsheet-driven operation with weak controls, manual processes, and unreliable reporting that caused over-ordering, under-shipping, and difficult inventory reconciliation. Elrene chose Tribridge and Microsoft Dynamics NAV to create a more integrated foundation for growth, with a particular focus on warehouse and accounting operations.

Tribridge implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV and helped automate Elrene’s warehouse with barcodes, radio frequency devices, and integrated EDI and shipping systems. The results were dramatic: inventory reconciliation time dropped from two weeks to three days, staff needed to run the operation fell from 200 to 50, carried inventory was cut by two thirds, and EDI costs were reduced to less than 10% of previous levels.
