DOW Electronics, a family-owned technology distributor, needed to replace a 30-year-old legacy in-house system and recover from an unsuccessful SharePoint implementation. The company wanted a stronger ERP backbone, an improved customer portal, and a more robust ecommerce platform to support growth, vendor relationships, and sales.
