DigitalGlobe, a leading provider of commercial high-resolution Earth imagery, needed a talent management platform that could integrate performance and learning while supporting recruiting, succession, and employee engagement. To supplement stretched HR and IT resources, DigitalGlobe turned to Tribridge and Cornerstone OnDemand.

Tribridge implemented best-practice rollout, training, and support services for the Cornerstone Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Succession, and Connect clouds, including short how-to videos and end-user help after go-live. The result was strong user adoption and measurable performance: 96% of users entered performance goals, 99.3% completed performance tasks, and 95.1% finished compensation tasks.
