Argos USA Implements Microsoft Dynamics GP Across Operations for Standardized Data and Significant Costs Savings

Argos USA, a large cement and ready-mix concrete supplier, needed to standardize financial and business operations across subsidiaries that were using multiple legacy systems, spreadsheets, and different payroll processes. The lack of consistent data made reporting, intercompany transactions, and month-end close slow and difficult, so Argos USA partnered with Tribridge and Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Tribridge implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP across Argos USA’s operations, centralizing payroll, standardizing the chart of accounts, and integrating with the Command Alkon sales order system. The results included a 25% reduction in back-office labor costs, month-end close cut from five to seven days to three days, elimination of outsourced payroll processing costs, and a solution delivered at one-third the cost of other proposed options.
