American Youth Soccer Organization, a large non-profit with 650,000+ players and 250,000 volunteers, was struggling with unstable legacy systems, limited reporting, and slow monthly financial processing for 1,000 regions. AYSO needed a more reliable platform and selected Tribridge, along with Microsoft Dynamics GP, to replace custom applications and better support member services and inventory tracking.

Tribridge implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP, redesigned AYSO’s chart of accounts, set up FRx reporting, added Dynamics GP Integration Manager, and customized inventory and sales order processes. The results included a 21% reduction in full-time paid staff, a 50% decrease in on-hand inventory, faster distribution of financial statements, smoother integration with Microsoft technologies, and better decision-making across the organization.
