Tesco, the third-largest retailer in the world with more than 440,000 colleagues, 6,800 stores and 80 million customers served weekly, needed a multilingual talent-acquisition platform to replace disparate systems, simplify candidate self‑service, improve hiring reporting across diverse roles, and support early careers and guaranteed interviews for disabled candidates.
