Tesco, the third-largest retailer in the world with more than 440,000 colleagues, 6,800 stores and 80 million customers served weekly, needed a multilingual talent-acquisition platform to replace disparate systems, simplify candidate self‑service, improve hiring reporting across diverse roles, and support early careers and guaranteed interviews for disabled candidates. Tribepad delivered a single, multi‑lingual ATS with mobile optimisation, CV/LinkedIn parsing, rapid CV search, automated candidate filtering and real‑time reporting via Tribepad Insights, enabling standardised processes across countries and business units. The solution reduced application drop-out and recruiter effort, improved compliance and visibility, and helped Tesco process more than 2.6 million applications per year while identifying efficiencies across the hiring lifecycle.
