Tribepad delivered a customised, centrally controlled digital onboarding solution that lets G4S push instant document updates and records time- and IP-stamped acknowledgements. The change reduced in-person onboarding from about 2 hours to 20 minutes, ensured consistent compliance across locations, freed field staff to focus on recruiting, and improved first impressions for candidates — supporting G4S’s ~2,500 monthly onboardings.
