G4S, one of the world’s leading security groups, was hampered by a paper-based onboarding process that was time-consuming, inconsistent and difficult to keep compliant across offices while onboarding approximately 2,500 positions per month. G4S engaged Tribepad to modernise and standardise onboarding using a digital onboarding platform to improve consistency, candidate experience and traceability.

Tribepad delivered a customised, centrally controlled digital onboarding solution that lets G4S push instant document updates and records time- and IP-stamped acknowledgements. The change reduced in-person onboarding from about 2 hours to 20 minutes, ensured consistent compliance across locations, freed field staff to focus on recruiting, and improved first impressions for candidates — supporting G4S’s ~2,500 monthly onboardings.
