Malvern Hills District Council, working alongside Wychavon District Council as part of the WMTalent Acquisition shared service, faced a slow, paper-heavy recruitment process driven by a legacy ATS: lots of admin, inconsistent candidate journeys and low‑quality applications that made hard-to-fill roles especially difficult. To modernise hiring and improve visibility across a small shared recruitment team, they procured Tribepad’s talent acquisition software (ATS/CRM/Onboarding) via West Midlands Employers.

Tribepad implemented a fast, 10-week rollout that digitised applications, automated communications, enabled manager self‑service and added robust reporting.
