Tribepad implemented a multi‑managed single Applicant Tracking System with talent pooling, social sign‑on, candidate communities and centralised reporting, auto‑enrolling applicants into talent pools and enabling recruiters to target large volumes of seasonal roles (Wimbledon, Formula 1) more efficiently. The Tribepad solution strengthened candidate engagement, reduced vacancy advertising costs and delivered real‑time recruitment insights — saving G4S over £1 million in the first year.
