Evenbreak, a social enterprise run by and for disabled people, needed a specialist job board with the highest levels of accessibility so disabled candidates could find and apply to disability‑friendly employers and employers could attract diverse talent. Many employers viewed disabled candidates as a problem and some careers sites were inaccessible, so Evenbreak required a solution that made it easy for candidates and employers to connect while also providing reliable application and candidate reporting. They partnered with Tribepad to build this capability.

Tribepad delivered a fully branded, AAA‑accessible job board (features include resizable fonts, extended audio description and no re‑authentication), mobile optimisation, job alerts and Tribepad Insights for real‑time reporting and auditing. The platform lets candidates sign up, upload CVs, search and apply across devices and access supporting resources and videos. As a result, Evenbreak now hosts around 2,500 positions on any one day, is working with over 700 employees and within the first six months advertised 15,000 jobs — demonstrating measurable reach and improved candidate access thanks to Tribepad.
