Building a GenAI Roadmap for Educational Content Creation

Tribe AI partnered with NewGlobe, a leader in enhancing global education systems, to address a significant challenge in scaling their operations. The process of manually creating teacher guides for new geographical locations was a major impediment, requiring substantial time and team resources to produce content in multiple languages. NewGlobe engaged Tribe AI to explore if generative AI could automate this content creation and accelerate their go-to-market strategy.

Tribe AI developed a proof of concept utilizing a large language model, specifically Claude-2 on AWS Bedrock, to automate the generation of teacher guides. This solution reduced the time to create a guide from 4 hours to just 10 minutes. For a projected 30,000 guides in 2024, this efficiency is predicted to save NewGlobe approximately $835,000, cutting the cost per guide from $28 to just $0.15 before human review. The success of the POC provided NewGlobe with a confident roadmap for leveraging AI to expand its geographical reach and impact.
