Redtag.ca launches an iOS booking MVP with TribalScale

Redtag.ca, a travel booking company, faced the challenge of not having a native mobile app to serve its mobile-first audience. TribalScale employed Agile delivery practices to design and build an iOS app MVP using Swift and AWS. The solution included full booking flows and a unique "Passport" tab for managing all trip details. The result was a successful extension of the Redtag.ca brand into the iOS ecosystem, which increased user engagement and trust by providing a convenient, app-native experience and created a strong foundation for future enhancements.
