TRIARE worked with Taxi Company to improve Taxi Smile, a mobile app for taxi customers. The client needed a fast, reliable, and user-friendly solution, but the existing design was unacceptable and the user experience needed a full overhaul.

TRIARE redesigned the app from scratch, adding an intuitive map, flexible route handling, location and destination search, Google Places support, travel history, car selection, and an “around city” ordering option. By combining business analysis, competitor research, and new UI/UX work, TRIARE brought the project to reality and delivered a smoother, more responsive app, though no specific quantitative results were provided.
