Praxis partnered with TRIARE to rebuild its website on modern technology and improve the user experience for patients and staff. The customer wanted a faster site that would make information easier to find, while also adding an internal system for communication among the Praxis am Bahnhof team members.

TRIARE delivered a new high-performance website based on the client’s designs and redesigned the existing intranet for internal use. The team also worked on the fix-price system and used a Scrum-Kanban approach. As a result, Praxis received a faster site, improved internal collaboration, and a better platform for sharing news and managing patient cards.
