TRIARE worked with freistil Sofas, a luxury “build your own” couch retailer, to create a new website from scratch. What looked like a simple showroom site actually needed to support a complex management platform for customers, leads, and consultants, while handling hundreds of sofa variations and keeping the experience simple.

TRIARE designed the platform architecture, created wireframes and mockups, and delivered a user-oriented web solution with a sofa configurator, label configurator, internal lead system, and upholstery sample ordering. The result was a streamlined platform that let staff manage leads, print item tags, and generate price lists without duplicating data, supported by extensive automation and QA testing.
