ClearCheck approached TRIARE with a COVID-19-era business idea: a health check service that would let employers survey workers about their health status before arriving at the workplace, helping reduce the risk of infection and potential legal issues. TRIARE worked with ClearCheck to refine the concept, define the system requirements, and choose the right tech stack for the product.

TRIARE built a proof of concept and then an MVP for ClearCheck using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The solution included white-label company support, SMS surveys and reminders, employee and visitor management, bulk imports, configurable questions, response tracking, and daily email reports for HR. The product launched quickly, helped ClearCheck secure its first customers, and was later enhanced with improved design and functionality based on user feedback.
