Enerjisa Üretim, Turkey’s market-leading private electricity generator, wanted to improve asset management and operational efficiency across its mix of renewable and conventional power plants. Facing equipment anomalies, downtime, and the need to support sustainability goals, the company turned to TrendMiner’s industrial analytics platform for better visibility into time-series and operational data.

Using TrendMiner, Enerjisa operators analyzed combined data from remote monitoring, internal systems, and three years of time-series data to build four optimization use cases in just one week, including cooler performance, steam turbine correlation, pump operations, and axial shaft position monitoring. The results included identifying a strong -80% correlation between ambient temperature and cooler output, uncovering 12 previously undetected failures, enabling alerts to reduce pump downtime, and establishing a predictive maintenance schedule that improved efficiency and reduced downtime.
