Although experienced in remote monitoring and help-desk services, Shoshin struggled with manual licensing processes — customers were forced to buy minimum multi‑year licenses, there was no integration with their ConnectWise PSA, and tracking renewals and license counts was time-consuming and error‑prone.
Shoshin implemented Trend Micro’s Licensing Management Platform, Worry‑Free Remote Manager and Worry‑Free Business Security Services, integrated with ConnectWise, to automate licensing, billing and reporting, enable single-license monthly options, and centralize monitoring. The change cut management time and costs, improved profitability and customer satisfaction, and provided real‑time protection against threats (including rapid CryptoLocker remediation).
