How Atlassian Enforces Best Practices in Its Cloud Infrastructure

Trend Micro helped Atlassian fine-tune the scanner rules to focus first on high-severity accounts and findings, then expand coverage over time. The result was hourly scanning, automated Jira ticket creation for validated issues, faster investigation of public EBS volumes, and improved cleanup of stale or insecure resources—ultimately strengthening Atlassian’s security posture while supporting rapid development.
