Assaf Harofeh Medical Center is the fourth-largest university hospital in Israel, serving about 1.5 million people with roughly 3,400 staff and an IT environment of 500 servers, 2,600 workstations and some 4,000 users. The IT team needed to maintain 24/7 availability for critical clinical systems, ensure interoperability and regulatory compliance, and handle thousands of security events annually while educating users to reduce risk.
