Armor is a cloud security provider that delivers managed public and private cloud services for nearly 1,500 customers, helping organizations meet PCI and HIPAA requirements while building a next-generation VMware NSX-based offering. Faced with the challenge of securing heterogeneous multi-cloud environments (VPC, AWS, Azure) without disrupting customers, Armor needed automated agent rollouts, simpler management, and tighter integration with NSX after prior tools caused upgrade and patching issues.

Armor deployed Trend Micro Deep Security across its customer base in six months, using its APIs and automation to manage agents and integrate seamlessly with VMware NSX. The single platform improved malware detection through global threat intelligence, enabled file and system integrity monitoring across VMs and workstations, simplified multi-cloud security management, and gave Armor greater visibility and faster response to threats with minimal customer impact.
