Forsta, a UK-based research platform serving more than 2,500 customers in 100+ countries, needed a modern incentive provider that could handle complex global research workflows. Its teams had to manage multiple geographies, currencies, privacy requirements, and client-specific incentive rules while still supporting fast, flexible participant payments. Forsta used Tremendous to streamline research incentives across international projects.

With Tremendous, Forsta used bulk link exports, API integrations, IP-based geolocation, and automated currency and incentive selection to send rewards without collecting participant PII when needed. Tremendous also helped enforce campaign limits and approval workflows, and supported local payout options such as gift cards, prepaid cards, and PayPal. The results were strong: Forsta has sent more than $2 million to 175,000 participants in over 100 countries, improved survey response rates to 30–34% in one project, completed another 24,000-respondent study on time, and helped clients save money while unlocking additional research work.
