Lyssna, a remote all-in-one UX research platform, needed a better way to recruit participants for a global brand rebrand study after its new Director of Marketing, Claire Brown, joined and set out to lead the company’s first full rebrand. The team wanted broad customer feedback from around the world, but getting people to respond to research requests was difficult, so they turned to Tremendous to help incentivize participants.
With Tremendous, Lyssna could easily send incentives to existing customers and prospects, which helped the team secure 150 participants for the study and maintain a high response rate. Claire said the platform was intuitive and quick to use, and the flexible reward options made it easy to tailor incentives to each participant. As a result, Lyssna gathered thousands of insights that informed product launches, brand decisions, and feature releases for less than $100K, and continues using Tremendous for ongoing research initiatives.
