Délégation Diocésaine Des Migrations (DDM), an NGO providing aid on the West African migration route, needed to improve how it communicated accurate service information to a constantly moving population of migrants and its own dispersed network of remote partner offices. The vendor trellyz provided its RefAid service to help address this coordination and information-sharing challenge.
The solution from trellyz involved using the RefAid platform to map services from a consortium of NGO partners and make them available to migrants via a dedicated app. The platform also enabled the consortium to coordinate their response and send geo-targeted push notifications. This implementation by trellyz strengthened the partner network and significantly improved the availability of critical information for migrants in transit.
