Travel Etc., a fast‑growing tour operator on the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast offering guided tours, transfers, excursions and accommodation, needed to replace manual Excel and email booking processes and enable online bookings for customers. In 2017 they selected TrekkSoft’s booking management platform to support growth, improve reservation and accounting workflows, and provide an online booking experience.

TrekkSoft deployed its platform and Channel Manager across Travel Etc.’s excursion department, connecting them to eight marketplaces (including Viator, Expedia, GetYourGuide and Musement), adding a “Book Now” website button and unifying B2B, B2C and supplier management. The implementation streamlined operations and reporting, boosted direct website sales, and contributed to a 10% increase in overall sales; today 80% of bookings come through OTAs while internal processes are much simpler thanks to TrekkSoft.
