SANDEMANs NEW Europe is a young, dynamic company offering city tours in 20 European cities—running over 80 tours daily, serving thousands of guests weekly and working with more than 200 freelance guides. They needed a booking system that could handle both free (tip-based) and paid tours across many locations, enable advance registration to avoid overcrowding at busy meeting points, and process payments on the go, so they turned to TrekkSoft’s tour management/booking system.

TrekkSoft was integrated into SANDEMANs NEW Europe’s website using Lightboxes, allowing customers to book and receive confirmations without leaving the brand site while guides can check bookings, take payments and register guests via TrekkSoft’s mobile app and card reader. The solution managed free and paid bookings, prevented overbooking through real-time sync, and made day-to-day operations more efficient—helping SANDEMANs manage bookings across 20 cities, expand into New York City, and enable in-destination bookings.
