Gone Paddling, a Norway-based outdoor guiding company founded in 2013, faced a stalled online presence and no online booking system—operating on-request only and managing reservations with whiteboards, paper calendars and Excel. To fix this and meet the requirements of their largest agent Fjord Norway, they adopted the TrekkSoft booking platform to modernize their website and booking process.

TrekkSoft worked with Managing Director Neil Joseph Woerner and the TrekkSoft Support Team to migrate ad-hoc bookings, launch a fresh TrekkSoft website template, and implement tools like the marketplace API, POS Desk agent commissions and the Schedule Overview. As a result, Gone Paddling can take live bookings and run daily departures, limit availability by resources, reduce administration time and booking errors, simplify guide scheduling, and grow bookings through external partners using TrekkSoft.
