PRO®, a division of BAF Industries that develops, manufactures and distributes professional car care products through a network of 300+ distributors, was hampered by a legacy ERP that couldn’t handle unit-of-measure conversions in production, lacked real-time inventory visibility for efficient purchasing, required manual creation of chemical shipping documents (MSDS/Bill of Lading), and limited communication between headquarters and remote locations. To address these issues they engaged Trek Global for a customizable cloud ERP solution.

Trek Global migrated PRO® from on‑premise IT to a SaaS, pay-as-used cloud ERP, integrated disparate locations, performed accurate data migration, and delivered multi-level BOM capability plus a configurable reporting engine for compliant shipping documentation. The Trek Global implementation increased process and inventory efficiency, enabled scalable growth (adding users/locations), provided real-time dashboards and reporting, and converted capital IT costs to operational expenses so PRO® could better manage expansion and operations.
