Major Beverage Company, a global beverage manufacturer, was struggling to accurately forecast demand and manage inventory during marketing campaigns because of limited data visibility across its own systems, bottlers, and eCommerce partner. This led to recurring overstock, stockouts, and manual coordination issues that reduced the return on marketing investment. The company partnered with Tredence for an AI/ML-powered forecasting and inventory recommendation solution.
Tredence built and scaled a multi-model forecasting engine that delivered 13-week and 52-week demand forecasts, supply and inventory recommendations, automated alerts, and campaign optimization insights. Rolled out in phases across roughly 450 SKUs and more than 20 brands, the solution achieved 84% average demand forecast accuracy for the highest 80% of SKUs and 15% average inventory forecast accuracy for the top 75% volume SKUs, helping improve forecast accuracy by about 20–25% and driving approximately $10MM in additional annual revenue.
