Mann+Hummel, a global filtration supplier with more than 250 bank accounts across 60 locations, faced high manual effort, error-prone Excel and paper-based workflows, limited reporting, weak audit compliance and poor transparency in bank account management. To address these issues the company selected TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions) and implemented the TIS Bank Account Manager (BAM), a cloud-based SaaS for standardized, secure bank account management.

TIS implemented BAM to centralize all bank and account data, automate and document workflows, and enable user-defined fields and real-time reporting. As a result, Mann+Hummel achieved group-wide process standardization and decentralised execution with central control (e.g., new accounts cannot be opened without approval), faster regional rollout, significant time and cost savings, improved audit compliance, full traceability and — according to the company — delivery of 100% of the project goals.
