Siemens Gamesa, a global leader in renewable energy active in 85 countries with 235 entities and roughly 1,300 bank accounts, faced a highly heterogeneous treasury and ERP landscape after a simultaneous carve-out and merger. The treasury team needed to harmonize payments and cash management, adopt new SAP APM technology early, and meet a tight timeline to avoid penalty fees—while routing approvals and releases through TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions).
