TeamViewer, a global connectivity software company with 627,000+ subscribers and installations on billions of devices, faced fragmented treasury operations—7+ banks, 40+ accounts, 500+ monthly payments and just two treasury staff—relying on multiple e‑banking portals and manual processes. To unify bank connectivity, automate payments, and improve compliance and cash visibility, TeamViewer engaged TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions) for a cloud-based payments and liquidity management platform.

TIS implemented end-to-end onboarding, connected TeamViewer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to banks via EBICS, H2H and SFTP links, and provided API integration, flexible approval workflows and compliance tools. Deployed in roughly 6–7 months after an August 2019 kickoff, the TIS solution eliminated siloed portals, cut manual work, and delivered measurable impact: 96%+ daily cash visibility (up from ~33%), 90%+ payments automation (up from ~40%) and full security/compliance coverage.
