Dachser, a global logistics company, faced heavy resource overhead and compliance/security risks from managing hundreds of bank-specific formats, decentralized accounts and signatory rights across many countries while moving to SEPA. To harmonize and automate outbound payments from SAP, Dachser selected TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions) and its cloud-based payments platform, including the TIS Bank Transaction Manager (BTM).

TIS implemented an end-to-end cloud solution that accepts iDocs from SAP, handles formatting and multi-bank connectivity, and centralizes signatory management via a master user approach. As a result, Dachser achieved SEPA ISO 20022 compliance without SAP format customizations, eliminated the need to manage more than 100 bank authorizations, enabled 17 regional accounting locations to run localized payment processes with centralized control, and reduced manual international payments and associated compliance risk.
