BearingPoint, a global management and technology consultancy headquartered in Amsterdam, faced fragmented treasury operations across 17 countries: more than 120 bank accounts at over 30 banks, decentralized signatory powers, no real-time firm‑wide cash visibility and a need to become SEPA‑compliant.
