Kirin, a global beverage company with nearly 100 products across multiple brands and channels, struggled with fragmented customer data from brand sites, eCommerce subscriptions, factory tours, stores and external publishers. The disconnected silos made it difficult to stitch identities, cleanse master data, and connect offline experiences—like factory tours—to digital marketing, limiting the company’s ability to deliver personalized omni‑channel campaigns.

Kirin deployed an enterprise customer data platform to unify online and offline data, quickly ingest existing AWS-stored data, and provide agency-specific access. By creating unified profiles for 4 million customers and using behavioral segmentation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Kirin increased purchase frequency, improved customer lifetime value, and drove higher sales among those exposed to personalized campaigns.
