Northwell Health Automates Event Management Workflow for Outreach Program

Northwell Health, New York's largest healthcare provider, faced the challenge of manually managing over 5,000 annual community outreach events via email, a process that was inefficient and prone to error. To centralize event data and improve collaboration, they adopted Asana but still needed to manually transfer event information from Google Forms. Seeking to automate this workflow, they turned to the vendor Tray.ai and its Tray Platform for a solution.

Using the Tray Platform, Northwell Health integrated Google Forms with Asana to automatically create projects and tasks, populating fields with the appropriate event data. This solution streamlined their event management process, significantly improving efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration for their 75 staff members.
