Eventbrite, the global self-service ticketing and experience technology platform, needed a better way to maintain high-quality customer integrations at scale. Its marketplace relied on third-party-built integrations, but updates and fixes were slow, support was burdened, and maintaining a single integration had historically required a full squad of engineers. Eventbrite turned to Tray.ai and its Tray Embedded Native product to solve this challenge.

With Tray.ai, Eventbrite built reliable, white-labeled integrations that could be maintained more efficiently and supported with better visibility into performance data. The results were strong: the rating for one of its most-used marketplace integrations rose from 1.9 to 4.0, support tickets dropped from about 200 to just two or three per week, and the engineering effort needed per integration shrank from four to six developers plus a product manager to just one engineer and one product manager.
