Corporate Air Center (CAC), based at Skagit Regional Airport (KBVS) and founded in 1994, provides maintenance, avionics support, aircraft management, pilot services and a full-service FBO for a mixed fleet of 24 aircraft (including Gulfstreams, Learjets and a Bell 407). CAC’s Director of Maintenance and Avionics, Gary Ehrheart, needed a more user-friendly, responsive maintenance tracking solution with mobile access; after evaluating options at an NBAA event they moved from competing systems to Traxxall’s maintenance software and mobile app, and have migrated 75% of their fleet with the goal of full adoption.
Traxxall implemented its maintenance tracking platform plus a mobile app and assigned a dedicated analyst (Dawn King) to CAC, delivering faster, clearer communications and real-time fleet visibility. The result: improved accuracy and usability, faster support turnaround (often under 30 minutes versus answers that previously could take weeks), 75% fleet enrollment on Traxxall, and strong customer endorsement of Traxxall’s product and service.
