Sanofi, the world’s fifth-largest pharmaceutical company, faced widely varying in-store execution requirements across markets and an over-reliance on sell-out reports and manual data collection. To get a single, consistent view of shelf conditions and build an organization-wide culture of execution, Sanofi partnered with Trax Retail and deployed Trax Retail Execution as part of its Perfect Store program.
Trax Retail’s image-recognition solution digitized 75,000 stores in 30+ countries, giving managers and sales reps objective, SKU- and store-level visibility to prioritize visits and actions. The Trax-enabled Perfect Store program delivered measurable impact: stores with perfect execution saw a 17% sales uplift, participating stores grew 80% faster than others, the program drove a 2% year-over-year sales increase in 2018, and helped achieve 95% OSA in 27 key markets.
