The solution led to a 38% reduction in mean time to resolution (MTTR) and saved an estimated 3,600 engineering hours annually. Traversal now correctly identifies the relevant evidence in 73% of in-scope incidents, enabling faster resolution and freeing engineers for higher-impact work.
