BIG Travel, one of Sweden’s largest corporate travel management companies, was running on standalone systems for finance, sales, marketing, and customer service. To prepare for a more competitive future after the Covid-19 disruption, the company wanted a single cloud-based platform that would unify customer data and give marketing and service teams the insight needed to deliver more personalized customer experiences. TravelOperations CRM and ERP/mid- and back-office solutions were chosen to support that goal.
TravelOperations implemented a modern Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solution that brought all data into one system and replaced BIG Travel’s older CRM and mid/back-office setup with a standard, scalable, future-proof platform. As a result, BIG Travel improved operational efficiency, strengthened automated processes and smart workflows, and became better prepared for a return to high travel volumes. The company also reported winning important customers thanks to its technology focus and better ability to create tailored, high-touch customer relationships.
