Alpha Travel, a corporate travel specialist based in the Faroe Islands, struggled with slow processes, manual reconciliation, and time-consuming reporting that made it hard to keep invoices up to date and respond quickly to customers. Employees taking holidays or sick leave further disrupted operations, while outdated management software limited reporting quality and slowed internal decision-making.

To address these issues, Alpha Travel implemented TravelOperations ERP/mid & back-office from TravelOperations to automate key processes such as BSP reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and reporting dashboards. The move to a cloud-based, centralized system is expected to cut BSP reconciliation from 3 days to 1 hour and bank reconciliation from a full day to just a few minutes, freeing up staff to focus on customer service, supporting expansion beyond the Faroe Islands, and improving communication and data-driven decision-making.
