HelloFresh, a leading U.S. meal-kit provider sourcing ingredients from a wide network of independent suppliers, needed a scalable way to manage supplier compliance, document expirations and food-safety controls across a dispersed supply chain. To solve this, HelloFresh partnered with NSF International, which implemented TraQtion supplier-management software alongside NSF’s technical review services to monitor and improve supplier food safety and quality.

NSF’s PCQI review team and the TraQtion platform automate onboarding, reminders, expiration tracking and provide a real-time compliance dashboard, giving HelloFresh centralized visibility for purchasing and legal teams. By year two nearly all legacy suppliers had moved onto the program and NSF onboarded 100% of new suppliers, enabling faster product launches, reduced food-safety risk and improved ingredient quality while freeing HelloFresh to focus on core business priorities.
