CWS Ireland Ltd significantly reduce motor accidents and insurance premiums using the Tranzaura platform

CWS Ireland partnered with Tranzaura to address major fleet safety and administration challenges, including 43 motor accidents a year, high insurance premiums, and inefficient paper-based vehicle defect and accident reporting. Tranzaura’s data-driven platform was used to support their “Safe Systems at Work” strategy and replace manual processes with digital tools.

Tranzaura implemented digital tachograph analysis, digital vehicle defect reporting, incident accident reporting, and Driver Connect for remote driver training and communication. The results were significant: accidents were reduced by 81% since 2011, CWS Ireland reached 405 accident-free days by October 2021, insurance options and premiums improved, and fleet safety decisions became more data-driven and proactive.
